Starting off on the wrong foot, my order ended up at the wrong address. When I finally got my hands on the PC tower, I noticed scratches on the front and side plastics. The fan stickers were missing, and after a few weeks, the CPU went kaput. Now, the RAM has also given out. I can never get through on the phone, so I shot them an email. They replied about the fan, but I decided to take it to a local PC shop. The tech there said the motherboard looked like something from an old office setup, like Dell or HP. The CPU is a second-gen i3, which ain't fit for gaming, and the RAM is just cheap stuff from China. As for the GPU, it wouldn't run any modern games. I really don't get how they can call this a gaming PC.

I accidentally entered the wrong delivery info for my son's new gaming PC on a next-day order. One thing I’d suggest is for the company to provide more details on their website, like extra photos of the computers from different angles, and info on the number of display and USB ports.

I was caught off guard when my PC showed up with display ports but no HDMI ports, which delayed my setup since I had to grab an HDMI to DisplayPort adapter. If I had all the info upfront, it would’ve saved me some hassle and stress.

Now, I just hope nothing goes wrong with the PC...

Aside from that, I can say... YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!
